The Talent Acquisition team are an integral part of Incubeta’s success and growth. We are currently a team of three, and sit alongside HR and Learning and Development as part of a wider People department. We help Incubeta in the UK and USA achieve it’s ambitions by recruiting the right people and making sure the brand is well known in the marketplace.
Ultimately the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting for vacancies in their partnering teams, and also for making sure the brand is well-managed, and the business ready to hire the right people at the right time. A typical week will include things like taking briefings with internal stakeholders, sourcing candidates via referrals, networking, using our database and LinkedIn Recruiter, managing applications using our reduced-bias ATS and working on road map projects such as Employer Branding, candidate experience, improving systems and processes and market research.
We are very team-oriented and have annual and bi-annual team targets. Although we tend to handle our own vacancies, we definitely share and help each other wherever possible.

We operate as a minimum of 2 days a week in the office flexi-work policy, meaning you will be able to work from home for up to 3 days a week and have flexi-hours to make those commutes that little bit easier!
Package
Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
In addition to this we offer a credit-based benefits package which allows you to choose from benefits including health care, additional pension, gym membership and more.
