Purpose*
The Talent Acquisition Partner/In-House Tech Recruiter will be heading up this newly established function and will be instrumental in bringing their expertise to set-up, create, review and build efficient processes. This person will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle in a standalone capacity. From hard to recruit strategies, to advertising channels, training and upskilling managers.
The role involves building effective relationships both internal and externally at all levels aswell as partnering with the hiring managers predominately within the Technology/Product functions (but not limited). This person will directly source suitable candidates for all open external and internal roles and help deliver against the Recruitment Plan.
The ideal person will have previous experience and background within in-house tech recruitment. You are a problem solver by nature, adaptable and driven by curiosity, and you put candidates and colleagues at the heart of every step.
This is a highly visible role, so ability to multi-task and communicate at all levels is a must.
This role would suit a driven and motivated individual who is able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. You will be an experienced resourcer with strong people skills. You will understand the balance between attracting candidates with the right skills and experience along with the importance of cultural fit.
