We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and attract great talent at all levels across all business areas building a strong talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled employees.

The recruitment market is fast paced and challenging, and we are looking for someone who will research the current market, recommending, and developing campaigns and strategies to respond to hard to recruit posts at all levels of the organisation, developing new and innovative recruitment methods, maximising quality applications.

We are looking for someone who has experience in: –

• Previous recruitment experience demonstrating understanding and evidence of the current market issues and dealing with the challenges.

• Headhunting using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms?

• Experience of niche specialist and high-volume operational recruitment best practice?

• Stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels?

• Qualified member of CIPD or demonstratable equivalent experience?
