The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be directly responsible for providing administrative support for the Asset Care and Engineering team. You will provide professional assistance to the Engineering, Asset Care, Project Management and Emulsion Manufacturing areas of the business, which will require you to build successful relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Your primary duties will include:
Office Management.

Travel Management.

Purchasing & Accounts Payable Management.

Document Management.

Report Management.

Communications Management.

About you:
You will come with 5 years or more of administration experience, ideally working within Engineering, Construction or a Project Management office and have qualifications in business administration, management or a similar discipline. You will have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software, SAP experience and a good understanding of Document writing, reporting, purchasing and accounts payable.
