Recruitment Resourcer / Internal Recruiter

This is a full time permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

As a Resourcer you will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to our Retail Centres in the UK. This includes working with some of the worlds best brands such as; BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Audi, and many more.

You will be personally responsible for the recruitment within a specific region and manage various recruitment activities including; advertising vacancies, screening applicants, telephone interviewing, directly sourcing passive talent, running assessment campaigns, essentially the full 360° recruitment cycle alongside building trusted and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is suitable for candidates who have previously worked within a similar role, such as; Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Advisor, Recruitment Officer, etc.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the end to end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
• Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Advertising vacancies using multiple job boards, as well as social media
• Pro-actively source potential candidates using online CV databases and social media platforms
• Providing on-going support to hiring managers throughout the process, advising of best practice
• Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
• Working in partnership with agencies when required
• Utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
• Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within a similar role, either in-house or for an agency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels
• Extremely organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Confident in managing your own diary and work-load
• Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
• Experience of working with an ATS will be beneficial
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
