InCharge Energy, Inc Hiring for Recruiting Coordinator at North Chesterfield, VA Full Time

The Opportunity

InCharge Energy is looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the recruitment and smooth onboarding of new employees. The Recruiting Coordinator will to the Director of Human Resources and will support the Senior Corporate Recruiter in managing all recruitment-related activities and work across departments to coordinate a positive onboarding experience. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in our Richmond, VA office.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates based on hiring manager needs and company requirements
• Create job postings and maintain updated job descriptions
• Schedule and track virtual and in-person interviews; handle last-minute scheduling changes
• Maintain and track an accurate record of recruiting activities in applicant tracking system
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct reference and background checks on prospective employees
• Coordinate new hire onboarding tickets and ensure new hires have the equipment and resources they need to be successful
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process including coordinating orientation schedules, activities and engagement plans for new hires
• Ensure compliance with all onboarding processes and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Proactively identify process improvements and make recommendations on improving onboarding efficiency
• Host onboarding sessions as needed with the Senior Corporate Recruiter
• Track recruitment metrics and KPIs, and run s as needed
• Track employee referrals for open jobs
• Represent the company in job fairs, recruiting events, and open houses
• Proactively seek new opportunities to identify talent and develop creative sourcing techniques
• Champion the overall candidate experience
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices
• Other administrative duties as required by the HR team

Your Experience and Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and new hire onboarding required
• Must be knowledgeable about various recruiting websites including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Professional experience managing 7-10 requisitions simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously •Must be an effective team player with a positive can-do attitude
