Inception Fertility Corporate Services – Remote Hiring for Call Center Representative – Healthcare at Franklin, TN Full Time

We are looking for a Call Center Representative – Healthcare, to provide excellent customer service to our patients, which will include inbound and outbound calls. The individual will act as a liaison communicating activity between laboratory staff and patients. In this role you would be responsible for contacting patients regarding past due balances and working the accounts to resolution. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is well organized, takes initiative and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail.

This position is 100% remote.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and follow through on patient account questions
• Answering high-volume phone calls
• Process patient payments
• Initiate and collect patient consents
• Review accounts to ensure accurate data
• Update account status records
• Assists with special projects as needed

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Previous experience working with a fertility organization is highly preferred
• Clinical and financial background preferred
• Superior customer service skills, including attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with clinical staff, including physicians, lab directors, and managers
• 1-3 years of work experience in similar or related position or other healthcare office environment is preferred
