InCare Ohio Hiring for Healthcare Recruiter – Entry Level Part Time at Medina, OH Full Time

InCare Home Health and Hospice is looking for a PT Recruiter.

Position will start in our Medina Office and then can be remote.

Duties:

• Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with employee relations matters as needed.
• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews.
• Update job descriptions to ensure accuracy in hiring.
• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
