Responsibilities:
. Support the recruiting function by completing full lifecycle recruiting of administrative positions (both in our Clinical Support Center and in the field), internal positions, and Registered Behavior Technician hiring as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Communicate promptly and courteously with all candidates and track communication accordingly.
Qualifications:
. 3+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience featuring primarily proven passive candidate sourcing and high volume.
