Job Title: Programs Analyst/Business Analyst/HR Analyst

Location: Rochester NY

Duration: : 4 Month C2H

Shift : M-F 8:00AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

• Develops and maintains customized analytical s/dashboards using various systems that provide data insights for our key external and internal partners
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leaders and other partners to ensure data integrity and develop appropriate auditing tools, s and analysis methodologies answer strategic questions, make insightful data driven business decisions and properly design new initiatives
• Provides ongoing ing to TA and HR teams on talent programs and lead the development of automated s
• Subject matter experts on projects involving metrics and data with a deep understanding of innovative ing and performance Talent Acquisition metrics that align with business needs
• Utilizes creative thinking and problem-solving skill to troubleshoot user issues, identify solutions, and solve TA organizational problems and empower decisions with high quality data insights
• Manages and supports in the research and evaluate of current and future technology solutions for TA
• Ad-hoc projects depending on business needs and assists the Director with special analysis and projects
• Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions
• Assist with opening requisitions, dispositioning candidates and creating offer letters in ATS
• Prepare offer letters, relocation forms, referral bonus requests and other recruiting correspondence
• Submit, monitor and coordinate background checks, I9s and the preboarding process
• Assist with candidate sourcing and searches
• Participate on special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Programs Analyst or Business Analyst
• Prior experience in HR preferred
• Prior experience in ATS system

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rochester, NY 14625: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
