This is a senior position and you will be working with the directors of the business, our goal is to improve the working conditions for all employees. You will need a host of skills including managerial, operational, strategy, IT and people skills are required to be considered for this position.

In Phase International Ltd has a growing team with staff in the UK and now India.

As the HR & Recruitment Manager with a broad spectrum of HR experience, you will be responsible for setting up the internal & external HR function for the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that key objectives, relating to all aspects of HR are achieved. You will also work closely with the directors.

You will lead by example and be responsible for delivery of the HR within the business.

Key duties include and not limited to

• Providing guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function to Directors regarding recruitment and selection matters, employee relations and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Review all current processes, to improve and align where necessary.
• Lead in all employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary hearings and grievances and KPI performance management of individuals.
• Managing all employees lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Measuring performance of all employees against KPI’s, agree progression plan, address any areas of concern with Directors. Make recommendations and manage all process.
• Manage all employee process with regards to contract employments, salary, holidays and bonuses.
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits
• The role is not limited to the above.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HR & Recruitment experience (minimum 3 years)
• You will be a dynamic and highly motivated individual with the ability to organise effectively and efficiently, alongside being able to cope with changing situations whilst always remaining calm and well organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Directors and employees UK and worldwide.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced HR role

Position

This is a part-time position which is flexible, you can split the work across the days which suit you best 8-12 hours a week as required.

Remuneration

Part-time hours: 6-12 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10,000.00 per year
