What am I accountable for?
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Keyword Research and Ad Assistance:
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable target keywords.
- Support in the creation and testing of ad copy to maximise click-through rates.
- Data Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and analysing campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular s on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Budget Management:
- Work closely with senior team members to help manage client budgets efficiently.
- Assist in monitoring daily spending to ensure adherence to budget limits.
- Client Communication:
- Participate in client meetings to gain exposure to client communication and address inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to provide updates on campaign progress.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to enhance campaign strategies.
How will I be measured?
- Individual Client Utilisation – 80%
- Engaged in OKRs – yes
- Meeting/ Exceeding Client KPIs – 80%
KPIs will be tracked as part of the company OKR system and are performance indicators. Quarterly review and update of OKRs and KPIs will enable the employee and management to regularly review performance and ensure an open and ongoing dialogue about performance.

- Paid Media senior specialist & the Head of Paid Media
- Client’s internal marketing team
- The Client Services team
- The Corporate Services team for daily operations and recruitment needs
What knowledge and skills are required to be successful
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (such as internships or part-time roles) in client-facing roles, including but not limited to retail and front-line positions in stores.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work unsupervised, be flexible
- Requires independent effectiveness, taking initiative, strong influencing and driving knowledge
- Focus on meeting time vs. budget objectives
- Strong ability to multitask between several client accounts
- Relentless curiosity and an inquisitive mind
