The Production Clerk will perform clerical functions, including data entry, and assist with other departments as required.

Responsibilities:

• · Access different files in the network for extracting data to be entered in Excel
• · Enter data from hardcopies records into different Excel forms
• · Review and report all data entry before submission
• · Review of hourly dax entries
• · Filling as needed
• · Supply Assistance to all departments as required
• · Other Duties as assigned

Your Strengths:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Punctual, reliable, dependable and confidential
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve discrepancies efficiently, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Aptitude for numbers
• Data entry and word processing skills
