Impullitti Landscaping is a growth-oriented company, celebrating 70 years in the landscaping business.

We are located in Burton, Ohio and are searching for a full time Accounting Assistant, Monday thru Friday, to provide accounting support to the CFO.

Responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Processing of daily check deposits, ACH and credit card payments
• Responding to all A/R and A/P inquiries
• Providing collection follow up and analysis
• Assisting in bank and credit card reconciliations
• General ledger posting
• Assisting with job costing

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills including Quick Books, Microsoft Excel and the ability to use web-based programs
• A minimum of 3 years of Accounting related experience
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting principles
• Ability to organize and prioritize with attention to detail and quality
• Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
