Imprint Property Group Hiring for Senior Accountant Job at Tiburon, CA Full Time

Senior Accountant – $80,000 to $110,000

Imprint Property Group, LLC is a small, professional real estate investment firm based in Tiburon; Northern California, it is looking for a full-time accountant. Imprint will be expanding over the next two years and is seeking someone who can grow with the company.

This is a varied role where the accountant is involved in head office corporate and fund accounting, it reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

· Preparation and analysis of financial statements and support schedules.

· Month end financial reporting closing procedures

· Supervises / works with Office Manager on accounts payable.

· Bank and monthly journal entry reconciliations.

· Assist with preparation and coordination of schedules for the audit and tax return process.

· Assists with forming and dissolving of entities in different states

Necessary skills and experience:

· Must have good knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar accounting program

· Must be detail-oriented, diplomatic and an excellent communicator.

· College degree required; possibly CPA

· Adaptability to multiple working environments/teams

· Highly organized and precise.

· MS Office skills – word and excel

Real estate experience would be a plus

The actual scope of this position is flexible and would equally suit someone recently obtaining their CPA looking to make their first step in commerce or someone more experienced.

Occasional (two or three days per quarter) travel to investment properties
