Impotis Trading Inc Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator at London, ON Full Time

Due to our continued success, we are adding a Human Resource Coordinator to our Corporate team in Burlington, Ontario!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with recruitment (e.g. posting jobs, pre-screening, scheduling interviews) for hourly positions across Canada.
Assist with and become well-versed in Position Management.
Assist HR team with the completion of forms and documents.
Using Oracle Fusion (HCM) and MS Excel to prepare periodic reports.
Act as a liaison between HR Administrators & Payroll and HR Business Partners.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Successful completion of a post-secondary program in an HR related field. Preference to individuals who are working towards or have completed their HR professional designation.
2 years’ experience in an HR Support role, within a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, both within and external to the organization.
Proven and exemplary organizational, leadership and communication skills and a professional and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
