We are a local family owned travel business with an ever expanding business, we help our clients plan and execute the perfect travel itinerary, from family vacations in Benidorm to round the world cruises. We seek a sharp, knowledgeable travel agent to make our clients’ dreams a reality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and understand the complex logistics involved in crafting itineraries. Our agents should be great communicators, with an ability to take a client’s request and build their desired travel package.

Objectives of this role

• Collaborate with clients to craft their perfect travel itinerary

• Coordinate transportation, reservations, and accommodations on behalf of clients

• Create a positive work environment for fellow employees

• Uphold our Travel agents reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergency situations

• Provide information and recommendations to clients regarding their future destinations

• Plan itineraries that meet clients’ budgets and requests

• Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans

• Work with clients to make last-minute changes or updates to their itinerary

Skills and qualifications

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements or restrictions
