In this role, you will be a key member of the education team in the Faculty of Engineering, working across ten departments on educational projects, initiatives, governance and other related activities.
You will have a range of responsibilities to coordinate and manage Faculty educational projects, oversee the support of the Faculty’s education committees, producing reports and analyses, and working to support departments with their educational plans.
The primary component of this role will be to plan, manage and execute educational projects within the Faculty of Engineering. You will also have responsibility for coordinating the Faculty’s teaching committees, related forums and working groups.
You will be involved in providing operational support and advice for a range of educational activities, including producing management information and analyses.
The role entails significant liaison with stakeholders across the Faculty (including academic staff, education offices and the Student Wellbeing Advisors) and within the wider College (including the registry and wider student support services).
You will be educated to degree-level or equivalent, with substantial operational experience of academic administration in a higher education institution, with experience of working with educational committees and projects. You will also have well developed organisational, analytical and people skills.
