The role
The Finance Business Partner for People & Culture is responsible for managing the accounting, financial performance and governance of Central Support functions.
In this role you will be part of a small team, providing Finance business partnering support your stakeholder group. You will be supported by the CSF Finance Manager. You will be responsible for supporting stakeholders through key finance processes and events, including year end activities, LE forecasting and the Business Planning process as well as governance and compliance matters.
