HR Advisor Central Winchester 23k-26k DOE
We are seeking an HR Advisor for our client in central Winchester. Winchester town centre is a lovely place to work, an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants nestled in amongst beautiful countryside. Our client is an established company offering a great working environment and a very attractive employment package. You’ll gain lots of job satisfaction with this busy role providing both HR and Health & Safety administrative support to the business.
The Role;
Provide a proficient HR advisor and administration service to the business and support line managers
Support the recruitment and selection process for available vacancies in the organisation
Liaise with the company’s employment law provider to ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant legislation
Compliance management for Health & Safety issues
Manage facilities for the office
The Person;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel essential
Knowledge of Sage HR or equivalent software
Appropriate degree (with specific modules in HR Practice/Management); or CIPD qualified
Experience HR Admin and organisational skills, ideally 2 years minimum
Familiarity of employment law
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and/or the ability to research understand and implement changes in Health & Safety regulations

This is an office based role, working 35-hours week, full time 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
