This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Reporting to the Project Management Lead, the Project Manager plays a key role in our service offering, responsible for the overall project lifecycle and operations management of the agreed client deliverables. With overall accountability for the end to end delivery of multiple projects committed to our clients, this includes successful project set up, tracking and managing of all actions, logs, and onboarding of project contributors to work towards successful output. Working in partnership with the account team, you will be building strong client relationships focused on the delivery of the agreed solutions. Ensure the project and business objectives are aligned and actively contributing towards the Imparta growth strategy.
Providing project mapping (include timelines and identification of the critical path) to meet the needs as prescribed by the RFP/Tender
Creation and execution of strategic project, programme and account delivery plans
Building project plans from high level through to detailed scheduling and task components with tracking and control of the critical path
Ensuring that SOW & PO’s are signed off before projects are mobilised in line with contractually agreed deliverables
Implementing engagement review and quality procedures to ensure successful and profitable project execution
Identifying success factors early on in project, setting up and risk managing against these with tenacity and responsiveness
Facilitating and chairing internal project meetings with confidence, ensuring everyone has a voice and opportunity to share opinions that add value
Tightly managing all project activity and ensuring feasibility of deadlines are agreed with project contributors
Facilitating client meetings and calls to provide project progress updates and reviews
Assigning tasks to client-side project members and ensuring that requirements and dependencies are understood through timely and effective communication
Coordinating measurement and impact activity, ensuring project team have visibility of workshop performance
Running Lessons Learnt sessions for all projects where appropriate
Contributing and co-leading on preparations and hosting implementation and definition sessions with the client and internal project team
Being the champion representing the client internally within Imparta to ensure project contributors are engaged, aligned and objectives can be realised
Ensuring that all projects are in Salesforce and all forecasted activity is tightly managed to give the business accurate visibility of expected monthly revenue
Developing a deep knowledge of Imparta products and solutions to build robust project plans and mobilise the teams
Client service experience is essential
Established experience as an account or programme manager with responsibility for multiple projects or workstreams
Experience working on complex (e.g. multiyear, multi-tiered, multi country) programmes
Comfortable with ambiguity and working with complex client organisations
Flexible and solution focused agile mindset
Good communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact at all levels
Proven senior stakeholder management experience
Demonstrates a consultative approach to managing project deliverables
Inquisitive and confident in exploring ideas and collaborating with stakeholders both internal and client side
Experience of managing and forecasting project budget activities, reconciliation, and successful invoicing through to timely payment
Ability to remain focused on client experience and the critical success factors for delivery
Passion for learning and development
Experience of working in a Sales team and/or L&D environment highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and first-class organisational skills
Unflappable under pressure
Committed to deadline delivery and managing client expectation
Effectively communicate and assign tasks to project contributors
Intermediate level MS Office skills (Including MS Excel)
