Impact Marketing Australasia Hiring for Marketing Specialist at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

We are a small but mighty marketing agency who, after ten years in operation, are entering into an exciting period of accelerated growth and are expanding our marketing team to help us ride this wave and further grow our agency.

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist that can hit the ground running and dive in with developing new marketing campaigns to promote our agency, along with supporting existing client work.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, campaign development, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing and executing our marketing qualified lead generation programs for our agency, owned brands and our clients.

You will play an integral role in building our agency brand awareness and recognition, and creating effective strategies that will promote the short, medium and long-term growth of our agency.

We have a number of projects in the works here across our agency, owned brands and client brands, so this is the perfect opportunity to get variety across your work and lean into your big picture thinking and strategic brain.

What we need you to do:

• Develop marketing campaigns for each stage of the marketing funnel to attract, nurture and convert customers for our agency, owned brands and our clients.
• Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including website, social channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest etc), email automations, etc.
• Update website content and project manage website design updates with our web developers and graphic designers.
• Develop strategy, create, implement, monitor, and optimise Meta and LinkedIn Ad campaigns for our agency, owned brands and our clients.
• Increase traffic to agency and owned brands’ websites through social accounts and Google Ads, with the view of building email lists and retargeting audiences for ads.
• Run analytics s for: website traffic, organic social content, email campaign and ad performance.
• Coordinate promotional materials for agency, owned brands and our clients as required.
• Coordinate marketing collateral for events as required.
• Provide support to the agency CEO as required.

Job details:

• Based in office in Williamstown North, Victoria
• Part time role: 3 days per week, 10am to 4pm – Flexibility to select which days upfront.
• $38-$45 per hour +Super

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar marketing environment, developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple brands and multiple channels.
• A strategic marketer, with experience across B2B and B2C, with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and organised, and the ability to take goals and objectives and develop marketing campaigns that will yield results.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in marketing.
• Intermediate competency in Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ad Developer, Latergram (or similar scheduling tool), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with generating Facebook Ads and Google Ads is highly desired, although not absolutely essential.
