Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit on behalf of IMPACT’s manufacturing and light industrial clients
• Source quality candidates by utilizing job boards, social media and other platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews both in person and over the phone
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and clients
• Represent and market candidates to clients
• Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized
• Full Desk operation including Client Interaction and Account Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or human resources preferred, or comparable combination of education and experience
• Experience in a staffing/recruiting role is preferred
• Account Management/Client Engagement experience is a PLUS
