To drive the awareness and adoption of IMMray PanCan-d, Immunovia is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, deploying and optimizing paid search campaigns as well as social media campaigns. ing to the Director of Marketing, this person must be able to analyze and present campaign performance and improvement recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for staying up to date with constantly changing search engine and digital marketing tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute measurable digital marketing strategies and tactics driven by company Marketing plans
• Manage all digital content including the website, social channels, email and newsletter distribution
• Track, analyze and on content engagement to inform planning for future
• Develop marketing plan targeting consumers with oversight from US Marketing team
• Strategize, create and maintain media content including images, gifs, short videos, etc.
• Craft plans to increase Search Engine Optimization of web ranking
• Manage promoted/sponsored digital advertisement
• Collaborate with external team regarding large out-of-scope website changes
• Partner with US Marketing team to develop end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
• Work with internal stakeholders to design impactful content for website and social media use
• Manage external agency for key initiatives and projects (including quality, budget, timelines)
• Monitor key metrics to track marketing ROI
• Monitor trends and participate in social media conversations relevant to the industry and business
• Engage with advocacy groups, research organizations, bloggers, news and media producers, etc. who can help spread awareness
• Build and manage a user community, facilitate engagement with and among community members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related disciplines: marketing, business, communications or journalism
• A focus on media arts is desirable

REQUIREMENTS

• Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Salesforce.com experience
• Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities, set aggressive objectives, and drive key business priorities
• Highly consistent and organized. Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Results-oriented.
• Proven ability to drive a user acquisition strategy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Experience working for healthcare, laboratory services industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
