General Summary of Job Duties

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for identifying and implementing recruitment strategies and activities to attract and hire top talent for the full spectrum of the company’s job openings including both exempt and non-exempt positions. The Senior Recruiter will be expected to perform under limited general direction and provide a high level of expertise and professional acumen in the conduct of this role.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for managing, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and hiring all open positions, as requested
• Utilizes operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support leaders and managers in the effective projections for plasma center hiring needs
• Work in conjunction with HR leadership in developing and execute offer strategies to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of compensation practices
• Assist in the development of leaders and talent acquisition strategies for a variety of different critical roles for the organization
• Create and utilize metrics analysis to show turnover, retention, etc., as assigned by management
• Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing a pipeline of candidates
• Provide prompt and effective communication to leadership on candidate activity, interviews, pipeline metrics, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers and other designated hiring staff to ensure a robust pool of qualified talent is sourced, screened, interviewed, and selected to fill open positions
• Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding hiring decisions and competency-based interviewing
• Present job offers, negotiate salaries as needed, and manage internal promotions/transfers.
• Onboard and process new employees as needed to become fully integrated into the process
• Responsible for managing the voluminous amounts of candidates through various platforms and maintaining a candidate pipeline for quick time to fill.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or related discipline required.

· Minimum five (5) years full cycle recruitment experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or plasma industry required

· Experience sourcing candidates for management, leadership, and executive positions

· Specific experience with formulating data and various analytics representing recruiting efforts

· Minimum two (2) years supervisor or management experience required

· PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

· Expert knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.

· Advanced time management and organization skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically

· Ability to work independently yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed

· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in priorities, work demands, roles, responsibilities, and schedule

· Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

· Ability to create and interpret analytical data

· Excellent computer skills to include; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Advanced experience in tracking recruitment metrics

• Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
• Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets
• Use an understanding of talent markets and complex candidate profiles, and growing relationships with new talent pools and communities with future potential to identify and engage candidates for immediate and future talent needs

· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
