Overview of what you will do day to day
As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be heavily involved in day to day recruiting efforts for our Capital team. Your role is to ensure that hiring managers and candidates have a very strong recruiting experience.
Within your day to day you will partner with our capital team to understand their business needs and ensure that we are hiring the right candidates as well as continuing to ensure that IMMO maintains the hiring bar and culture as we grow.
You will manage the entire process from intake meetings to offer negotiation and contract signing.
Role Competencies
Stakeholder Management: Strong experience of building relationships with internal stakeholders to provide them with information on the market as well as influencing and partnering with them to hire the right people
Technical Recruiting Skills: you will have strong recruiting experience including sourcing and offer management
Problem Solving Skills: As a start up we don’t (yet!) have all the processes and tools built, you will need to work within an ambiguous environment and have an ability to drive and come with solutions in hiring efforts
Influencing Skills: The ability to influence and guide candidates and hiring managers alike through the recruitment process
What you will bring to the role
- 8+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience within Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency; ideally within Investment Management or Real Estate would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within high growth or start-up companies (would be additional benefit)
- Nice to have: European Language skills
Role Objectives
First month goals:
- Within the first 30 days you will spend time understanding IMMO and the Capital team, building the relationships with core stakeholders to better understand their requirements and hiring needs
- Understand the IMMO recruitment process including looking at how we can make efficienciesLeveraging your network to start selling IMMO to strong candidates
First three month goals:
- Building out deep relationships with core stakeholdersBuilding out deep talent pools within the Capital spaceHiring of the core roles within the Capital team
First sixth months goals:
- Leveraging your deep experience to build out long term hiring plans within the Capital team and providing guidance and experience of when the hires are needed
- Continuously looking at how we can scale our hiring process Ensuring that the core and critical Capital roles are fully hiredMeeting set out KPIs including CNPS score, Time to hire, offer acceptance rate etc
Interview Process
- Recruiter Screen Call: with one of our recruiters to understand your background and experience in more detail as well as motivations
- Hiring Manager Call: a call with the hiring manager to understand your technical skills in more detail as well as assess your alignment from a culture and team fit perspective
- Panel Interview: a meeting with a number (max 5 depending on level) with a broader number of interviewers that will assess you on set competencies for the role, these will take place either back to back or split over a couple of days depending on diaries
- Culture Interview: a deep dive into IMMO values with someone that you will interact with but is not part of the same department
- Hire Decision: once you have completed the process we will review all feedback and make a final decision with the aim to come back to you within 72 hours following the final interview
