Our Finance Coordinator position is geared to an enthusiastic team player experienced with non-profit financial coordination and grant management in a multicultural, dynamic work environment. The Finance Coordinator will contribute to the Finance Department by managing the gender based violence (GBV) account and other necessary supports within the Finance Department. The Finance Coordinator position creates and maintains the financial records by recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and creating financial reports from that information. The Finance Coordinator also maintains and manages grant/contract reporting and tracking for various funding sources within the Gender based violence program and other programs as needed.

The Financial Coordinator will work in a coordinator-level capacity alongside the IRCM’s Staff Accountant, Accounting Firm, Grant & Compliance Manager, Program Coordinator, and the rest of the Finance Department under the guidance of the Executive Director. The Financial Coordinator will oversee the financial system strategies and procedures to ensure the execution of the financial team’s goals.
