Job title: Concierge

Concierge-resident with the required experience for a 69-unit building in St-Vincent de Paul. We are looking for a bilingual concierge who will be responsible for following up on tenant requests, housekeeping and minor repairs, etc.

Duties and responsibilities:Administrative:
Collect rent and distribute notices.

Show the apartments to potential clients.

Maintenance:Daily:
Make minor repairs as needed

Ensure daily maintenance of sidewalks and driveways during the winter months

Daily clean the laundry room and building entrances

Weekly:
Clean the interior and exterior of your building.

Take out the garbage and recycling on the appropriate collection days.

Monthly:
Clean, maintain and prepare apartments for rental / viewing after moves and renovations.

Perform regular inspections.

Various:
Snow removal and grounds maintenance.

Ensure the cleanliness of the building’s garage

Ensure compliance with the rules

All other tasks deemed necessary.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of concierge experience.

Self-sufficient.

Responsible and organized.

Language: French and / or English (Fluent).

Mastery of technology (email, messaging, photos, etc.).
