Role and Responsibilities
The Account Executive is a critical role to the success of our sales function. In this role, the candidate will be focused exclusively on opening and closing cyber security opportunities with new and existing Immedia clients. He/She will be expected to understand the role of a managed security service provider and to speak to develop a solid understanding of the cyber security marke. The candidate must have experience working opportunities through a pipeline. The Account Executive will engage in ongoing training and industry learning opportunities so they can become a thought leader and trusted advisor with the ability to provide solutions to their clients. The Account Executive will also collaborate with Management to develop standard forms, presentations, and sales resources that meet the needs of the team. This role requires a dedicated effort to achieve company goals and objectives monthly, quarterly and annually.
Industry
1. Attend industry events including Accelerent, NAIOP, Immedia and other events as necessary throughout the year or as deemed necessary by management
Internal
1. Attend, capture notes and plan for enterprise account planning (EAP) meetings by completing pre-work forms and executing objectives, to better serve our Super Enterprise/Enterprise clients
2. Maintain accountability and follow through for ‘action items’ that come out of respective EAP’s
3. Help meet quarterly objectives (Rocks) as directed by management
4. Attend weekly internal meetings, as well as participate in training opportunities and professional development
5. General maintenance and accountability of Traction To-Do’s, Issues and quarterly Rocks, and participate in Level 10 meetings
6. Maintain up-to-date records in Netsuire to ensure accurate forecasting.
7. Ensure accuracy of pricing/margin
8. Review SOW and BOM to ensure accuracy and consistency
9. Manage formal client facing materials and SOQs, including but not limited to presentations, documentation, proposals, and any other professional materials.
10. Attend select client meetings with teammates to act as backup and to capture information
a. Ensure all action items identified are completed in a timely manner
11. Act as a liaison to the project manager to ensure a smooth handoff of the project post signature
14. Collaborate with the Solutions Architect on demonstrations and SOW development
16. Maintain accountability for all internal processes and ensure timely follow through and ing.
17. Any other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
Physical Requirements
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand or walk for periods of time. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
· The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate
· Site work job conditions are similar to typical construction projects. Hard hats, safety vests and glasses and steel toed boots may be required on specific job sites.
Minimum 5 years Sales Experience
