IMG* is hiring a full-time Ticket/SLA Queue Associate with TS/SCI at its Washington, DC location.
Responsibilities:Manage and/or oversee all ECS2 queues to ensure SLA compliance and improve customer experience through queue management. As a Queue Associate supporting our customer, you will be trusted to oversee all Contract queues to ensure SLA compliance and improve customer experience through queue management.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Qualifications:Clearance Required: TS/SCI to start. Candidate must be able to pass a CI Poly.
