We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Coordinator. This position is instrumental in organizing and chronicling diverse sets of records, including legal documents, medical records, employment/school records, and accident photographs. The Medical Records Coordinator’s key responsibility is to ensure that relevant materials are received by physicians or experts in a timely manner for all deadlines.

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Organization of the contents of records for review by physician and experts in legal cases
• Efficiently send compiled records to experts, whether electronic or hard copy.
• Ensure personalized attention to detail while compiling and including client requests.
• Work from a task list and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Utilize Adobe to combine files.
• Engage in professional communication with defense and experts, keeping an open line of communication throughout the case.
• Create and maintain valuable relationships with clients and experts.

• Advanced Data Entry skills
