iMascot,Inc. is a leading global flexible packaging company with comprehensive product offerings. We are seeking a full-time Operator to join our Charlotte, NC, headquarters and manufacturing facility. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring that production goals are met. This individual will be an integral part of the team working alongside Production, Quality Assurance, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management to ensure that production needs are met.

Job Requirements:
·Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time (1 hours per DAY)
·Ability to lift up to 40lbs and pack bags up to 30lbs
·Must have good hand/eye coordination skills
·Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
·Able to work with limited supervision in a safe manner
·Must be dependable and have good attendance record

Responsibilities:
·Oversee production of bags and bags using various equipment (factory made bags, hand made bags, palletized bags, etc.)
·Check product quality before and after each run to ensure compliance with quality standards
·Ensure that production needs are met within the time frame requested by the team
· any quality issues to Quality Control or Quality Assurance Department
·Submit daily production s to management as required by law or company standards of conduct
·Follow instructions on job site and submit all required paperwork (e.g., safety forms, job notes)
·Follow established safety policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
