Imaje Recruitment Looking for Service Centre Manager at Lisburn, Lisburn and Castlereagh Full Time

I am working with a global manufacturing and engineering company, who are looking for an experienced service centre manager to join their existing site in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

The company works with clients across a variety of sectors such as Warehousing, Aerospace, automotive, civil engineering, manufacturing, retail, transport and many more!

The role will involve but will not be limited to:

• Develop and deliver strong sales and exceptional service delivery
• Commercial responsibilities, inclusive of developing, motivating, and coaching teams to high performance standards
• Having a collaborative approach to ensure all sections of the facility work in accordance with each other
• Ability to maximise Sales/service opportunities but be able to minimise on costs and time management
• Maximising productivity and utilisation of the regional service centre, whilst retaining a high quality of service through improvements
• Conduct regular reviews, resource planning, personal development plans and training where essential with the team.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are effectively managed as defined within the quality management system.
• Drive personal quality standards throughout the service centre, monitoring the general appearance and pride within their work across the site
• Supporting and working closely with the regional sales manager to identify new business development opportunities to create growth.
• Be on top of all aspects of health and safety, safe working environments and machinery maintenance

Candidate skills requirements:

• Minimum of two years management or leadership experience
• Commercial astuteness
• Experience within driving production and sales targets
• Have worked within a leadership role within a manufacturing, engineering, or similar setting
• Ability to lead a team effectively and professionally.

Ideally to be considered for this position you will need to have a good understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles, and the ability to manage a busy production site.

In return my client is offering a starting salary between £35,000 – £45,000 depending upon experience, 27 days holidays + stats, yearly performance bonus, free on-site parking, above average pension and many more internal promotions and discounts across the high street.
