Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Front End Developer to join our Incubation Team to be responsible for front-end development for new web and mobile applications!

• Deliver engaging and human-centered design elements within our applications
• Focus on front-end development of web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to delight user
• Creatively implement designs, mock-ups, and concepts into our solutions
• Assist in designing interfaces to improve the user experience
• Use innovative techniques to create engaging and elegant solutions
• Balance design features with usability and performance
• Evaluate and stays up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Collaborate with product development team to plan new features and projects
• Participate in Scrum activities and contributes to a high performing, growing team
• Assist in building a design system used across teams and projects

. Requirements:

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Software Engineering and Design or related professional experience
• 2+ years’ work experience with a focus on product design and UI across a variety of platforms including web and mobile
• Experience in the processes of effectively working between design and development teams
• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer with a solid understanding of layout, animations, aesthetics, and responsive web design
• Demonstrate strong design and coding skills in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with modern web development frameworks; i.e. React, Angular, NPM
• .NET and MSSQL experience a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and automated testing preferred
• Knowledge of accessibility and web standards
• Understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Capable of working in a loosely structured team
• Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on a tight schedule
