We are seeking a People & Culture Onboarding Manager to support our recently acquired practices. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with operations leaders to develop and execute people and culture strategies focused on talent management, operations effectiveness, and employee engagement. Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities to lead data driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Imagen Dental Partners to our new practices, creating welcoming experience for the first sixty days
• Partner with incoming doctors and office managers to understand the legacy practice’s approach to compensation and benefits.
• Analyzing the practices benefits offering to determine how to transition the practice to Imagen
• Present the recommended way to bring the practice to Imagen to a cross functional internal team and the Doctor
• Facilitate training of office manager on a variety of People and Culture processes and technology
• Assist team members with logging into the pay system for the first time and showing the team how to navigate the system
• Provide support to the team members as they are making the transition into Imagen by answering questions they have
• Successfully support the team with their first payroll with Imagen and ensure accuracy of data put into the HR system
• Act as a broker of HR services for the practice’s first 60 days, for example acting as the liaison for the practice with recruiting and payroll
• Consistently exhibit the behaviors congruent with corporate values and be a role model for the department and organization

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with benefits, compensation, and new hire orientation
• Multisite experience preferred
• 1 year of experience in the Medical or Dental industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong technical expertise in creating trusted working relationships, understanding of the business
• Prior experience executing acquisitions to include a change management plan and successful integration of employees into the operation and culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• This is a remote position, the ideal candidate should be based in any of the following time zones, Central, Mountain, or Pacific. We require you to have the ability to travel between 50% of the time.
