Social Media Assistant – Entry Level (1-3 years experience)

ImageLift is looking for an optimistic, passionate, and dedicated Social Media Assistant to join our team in South Tampa. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics practices in Florida.

We’re looking for a motivated and innovative individual who loves working in a team environment and is very detail-oriented. The Social Media Assistant should be passionate about social media marketing and a great multi-tasker. In a perfect world, the Social Media Assistant will be independently motivated and have the ability to manage shifting priorities and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write short-form posts, blog articles, and other content copy.
• Organize user-generated content from social media channels and dedicated hashtags or keywords.
• Assist with management of paid social campaigns from setup, execution, and optimization.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of the monthly content schedule.
• Schedule posts on specific social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Contribute to the completion of projects/initiatives through research, insights, and ideation contribution.
• Working knowledge of popular social media platforms and current trends.
• Assist with social media video production; video editing skills are a must.
• Create monthly analytics s to track social media results and progress
• Create social media content with an emphasis on audience engagement
• Curate and facilitate user-generated content and media
• Assist with email marketing campaign updates
• Flexibility to assist with our photo station, assisting with capturing quality before and after images to be used for marketing purposes
• Engage with our online communities and directing them to our patient advisors

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related degree
• Preference for candidates with social media certifications from Meta
• Preference for candidates with google certifications in analytics or SEO
• 1-2 years of related experience in marketing and/or advertising role
• 1-2 years of related experience in cosmetic or medical industry
• 1-2 years of experience creating and managing social media content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of email marketing CRM system like constant contact, mail chimp, active campaign
• 1-2 years of experience running paid social campaigns with proven results (Facebook)
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Canva

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
