Position Summary

Image Solutions is hiring a West Coast Territory Sales Manager that will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing. This role will drive all aspects of new business development and support current customer management growth on the West Coast. The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business, launching new programs and providing a great experience to customers, prospects, and team members. The territory covered will be companies headquartered in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. The position will have no direct reports. This is a remote position with 15-30% travel required.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 5 years successful sales experience in corporate identity, uniform management services, QSR apparel, or similar industry
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• CRM experience with the ability to manage and update a pipeline on a daily basis
• Ability in developing and adapting presentations and marketing material
• Proven experience presenting and closing to C-Suite Executives
• High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt a sales pitch to multiple levels of contacts within an organization
• Excellent “Hunter” with experience prospecting and closing a complex sale with a longer sales cycle
• Ability to travel 15%-30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Closing new business
• Prospecting for new accounts through various methods such as internet research, participating in trade shows, social media, and cold calls
• Manage prospecting and selling process through HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Evaluate new prospects to ensure alignment with company growth strategies and operational capabilities
• Educate customers on Image Solutions’ service for their uniform program through a consultative selling approach
• Utilize marketing tools and build a robust sales pipeline with a diversified account base 
• Proficiency to create sales presentations to communicate Image Solutions’ strengths to potential customers
• Act as a team lead for incoming RFI’s, RFP’s, and RFQ’s to ensure transparency, communication and execution through each step of the process
• Attend and present at weekly meetings with Sales Leadership to review activity and plans for the week
• Develop deep relationships and collaborate extensively with all internal departments at Image Solutions to spec and quote customer opportunities
• Participate in New Customer Engagement reviews with all existing customers in the region
• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for sales
