Image Express Hiring for Part Time Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

Small computer solutions company looking for part time bookkeeper. This position is great for someone who is very detailed, comfortable working remotely, and in search of flexible hours, with the freedom to work with other businesses as desired.

We utilize Quickbooks desktop (experience preferred but not required), Excel and some apps specific to our industry for subscription and renewals.

Duties include:

Generate monthly client invoices, receive vendor bills against purchase orders, reconcile statements, enter receipts, enter payroll expenses, calculate and file sales tax, update and reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Must be very detailed. Will work with management to document and define bookkeeping processes as they are handed over. Must have excellent communication skills.

Demonstrate knowledge of on the job trained bookkeeping experience or degrees/certifications in bookkeeping.

Ability to keep precise and accurate records.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Demonstrates ability to function effectively as a team member with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate and maintain harmonious and professional relationships.

Required Tech Abilities:

Must have experience in Accounting software (Quickbooks experience preferred)

Must be able to use online timesheet reporting tool

Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Outlook/Office365 and OneDrive

Must have experience with either Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Required)

Bookkeeping: Minimum 1 year (Preferred)

English (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
