Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for our new factory in the Columbus, Ohio area to manage the full-cycle recruiting process to effectively attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and other sources.

Responsibilities:

• Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various channels, including recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and other innovative methods to attract a diverse pool of talented candidates.
• Job Advertisement Management: Review and approve job advertisements to craft compelling and attractive job postings that resonate with potential candidates.
• Build and Foster Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with schools, agencies, and other key partners to tap into a broad talent network. Actively participate in career fairs and other networking events to expand our reach.
• Candidate Evaluation: Thoroughly review resumes and applications, leveraging your expertise to identify the best-suited candidates. Play an active role in interview panels, assessing candidates effectively.
• Onboarding Support: Review and approve employment offers and actively participate in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our organization.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field required.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• 1-2 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.
• Start-up experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highest level of ethical conduct.
• Thorough understanding of HR and practical applications to support the company’s goals.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an Senior Industrial Engineer for our new factory in the Columbus, Ohio area.

This IE senior engineer plans and implements the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency. Other main responsibilities include: Estimates costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitors the construction process. Researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gathers data relating to their ability to meet organizational needs. Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the construction of IE standardization system; Establish standard working hours, standard production capacity, standard manpower and other measurement systems, and regularly review and release;
• Responsible for factory cost management, established cost sub-projects, set control targets and responsible departments, controlled and reduced manufacturing costs;
• Responsible for the factory human efficiency management;
• Assist lean department, equipment department and other departments to complete new project evaluation;
• Department management and echelon construction.
• Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Outstanding learning and communication ability;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Microsoft Office savvy;
• Quality Six-Sigma green or black belt.
