Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant at Illuminate USA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. You will be at the heart of our operations, supporting various critical functions that contribute to our growth and success. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating new hire onboarding, planning and executing special events, and handling immigration and visa processing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & maintain visa process for expats from China: initiate process with incumbent, collaborate on completion of documentation, submit documentation and track stay time to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for employees.
• Plan and execute special events, both internal and external, to enhance our organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic understanding of financial terminology and concepts.
• Proficiency in data entry software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and integrity, especially when handling sensitive immigration and visa information.
• Mandarin Speaking Preferred
