Why You
To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will already have some experience recruiting on a permanent basis ideally in the Life Science/Scientific/engineering sector. You will enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers across the functional areas of our business.
You will have the ability to quickly grasp talent business objectives and handle multiple hiring and high volume hiring simultaneously, as our business is fast paced. You will have a strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude, as well as strong communication skills.
The role
You will come from an in-house or agency background and have some experience delivering cross sector and higher volume recruitment. You will have recruited sales/commercial roles or technical roles in previous roles.
You meet with hiring managers to assess the roles, advertise the roles, screen, and interview candidates, and manage the candidate through our recruitment process, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience.
Responsibilities will include
- Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings
- Determines and owns the appropriate recruiting methods, direct sourcing, referrals, agencies etc.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Striving to promote direct sourcing over more costly sourcing methods
- Build talent-pools and develops networks of people and processes to of qualified candidates
- Ensure a strong shortlist of relevant candidates through selection
- Supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
Preferred background, skills, and experience
- Strong recruiting experience with some inhouse corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Life Science / Scientific, Technology or Commercial recruitment experience
- Experience of successful delivery in multiple functions and high volume
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Google, ATS mining
