We currently have an excellent opportunity for a vibrant Talent Acquisition expert to join our team as a Talent Partner. This role will be managing our Technology and Data portfolios and previous experience in IT and technology recruitment is highly desirable.
This role will into the Head of Talent and Capability and will support an immediate team of Talent Partners and Capability Partners. This team will also work as part of a broader People & Culture team to deliver a wider People Strategy for illion.
The Talent Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all illion technology business units as well as assisting with building and executing initiatives such as system implementation and Talent/Culture projects.
Our P&C team is predominantly located in Melbourne and Sydney.
