This is a 40 hour per week position. EOE

Responsibilities:

Answer all telephone calls and follow up. Process contact lens orders and verify insurance and vision plans accordingly. Assist with patient inquiries. Follow thru with Rx and fax requests. Process mail. Reconcile vendor statements. All clerical duties directed to optical. Assist with patient care when necessary and any other dispensary duties as requested.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer knowledge and skills
