The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) is seeking an experienced educational professional who will be part of a collaborative team including staff and members to deliver innovative educational programs to accounting and finance professionals.
This position is responsible for selecting educational programs such as conferences, courses and webinars that align with the needs of the accounting and finance professionals we support. The Senior Manager will determine whether the programs are delivered in-person, hybrid, or online as well as the type of learning experience that will best suit the material including pre-reads, flipped classroom, blended learning, discussions, etc. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assist with the planning, design, development, and delivery of the programs. The ideal candidate must be able to work with our members to keep our programming up-to-date with trends and changes in the profession. Two positions on the team report to this Senior Manager.
