This is a position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing federal and state income/franchise tax returns, special tax projects, bookkeeping and payroll accounting.

Client engagements from start to finish (planning, executing and completing projects).

Prepare tax returns.

Analyze third party information such as books and bank information, financial statements, etc. and enter in the accounting system (Quickbooks & Sage).

Thoroughly understand client operations, processes, and business objectives.

Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

Applicants should be able to multitask , work as a team and be able to meet deadlines.

Applicants should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Some knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional is also a plus.

Salary is negotiable as this position is paid hourly with overtime available.
