iLending Hiring for Loan Processing Manager Job at Englewood, CO Full Time

The Loan Processing Manager is responsible for the training, development and overall management of the loan processing team. The ideal candidate for this role is highly detail oriented, has experience in document preparation, loan processing, imaging, post-closing review, and customer service. This individual will require excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, as they will be leading, training, and supervising a team of 25+ associates in office, remote and overseas. This individual needs to be passionate about internal growth and development of the team realized through advancement and new growth opportunities.

Salary: $60,000 annually plus monthly bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and retaining a high-performing loan processing team of 25+ associates.
• Lead, coach, and motivate associates while effectively managing the overall flow of the pipeline and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.
• Monitor overall operational systems, procedures, turnaround times, and quality to make daily operations more efficient.
• Coordinate the interface between lenders, loan operations group, and other departments to resolve problems and address exceptions.
• Support lenders with new loan originations by providing a strong operations platform.
• Reinforce the timely and accurate filing of original and electronic loan documentation.
• Establish expertise in loan documentation, loan on-boarding, exception tracking, and other loan operation functions.
• Facilitate new lender onboarding, for processing, and maintaining the relationship long term.
• Maintain and oversee accurate and effective quality control systems.
• Communicate with Management Team to ensure that production goals are realized, and continued focus is given to the proficiency of the team and the ability to manage the workflow of daily loan operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Growing and supporting processing relationships with our team overseas.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage a team that is 75% or more remote or working from home.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of loan processing experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure and make sound business decisions while under stress and pressure.
• Must be detail oriented, a critical thinker, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
• Must have previous leadership experience working with a team of 15+ direct reports. Experience with remote leadership is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced working knowledge of commonly used automotive dealership practices, concepts, and procedure a must!
• Ability to travel internationally; must have a valid passport.
