The role

This well established creative agency based in the Sydney CBD has created a new role based of new business wins. You’ll be the main Paid Performance Specialist in the wider Social team, bringing your expertise and skills to two major clients across consumer goods and FMCG.

You will be;

• Managing, analysing and optimising ads based on KPIs across various platforms, including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
• Setting up Programmatic, Search, Google & Social campaigns independently and optimise appropriately based on key insights. With a strong lean on social channels.
• Planning, sourcing, writing, editing and launching digital campaigns across paid channels that adhere to clients’ budgets, brand, and standards
• Collaborating with the organic social team members to ensure you strategically align across channels
• ing on campaign metrics, conducting in-depth performance analysis, tracking essential KPIs and providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on those ed findings

About you:

• You will have a minimum of 3 years min either at a digital marketing agency or in house with strong experience across paid digital channels
• Experience managing digital campaigns; Programmatic, Search, Google and Social, with an emphasis on paid social
• You are self sufficient and hands on i.e. on the tools, the team will be leaning on you for insights
• Have a great attitude, a team player
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Have full working rights – sorry no sponsorships
• Located in Sydney

This role is 3 days a week with an ideal mix of 2 days in the office, 1 day from home.
