You will:

• Implement long term plans, according to set budgets and goals, how to organise, unit and maintain records and information across IKEA and how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply with standards and provide direction.

• can manage their own workload and works independently as well as contributing to team activities and store goals.
• has experience in a similar retail-based role.

ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES

In the role you will enable the country People & Culture (HR) functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements.

You will:

• Execute People & Culture (HR) administrative tasks in line with Service Level Agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and co-ordinating People & Culture (HR) related travel, meetings and events
• Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level Agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
• Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
• Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard

You will report to the store People & Culture Business Partner.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

This role is permanent and full-time, working 39 hours per week, over 5 days. Shifts will include late evenings and alternate weekends.
