iKamper Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Kent, WA Full Time

About this Role: Customer service representatives help customers with questions and complaints, provide customers with information about our products, create sales orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand our products and answering questions about their needs, a Customer Service Representative is also seen as having a role in sales.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries.

Communicate with customers through email.

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Create sales orders and adjust customer orders.

Assist with product returns and warranty claims.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as on our products.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers.

Remuneration & Benefits:
Compensation: $22 – $25hour
