Your tasks:

• Developing optimal recruiting strategies with regard to the selection of appropriate recruiting channels and measures and coordinating these with managers and the executive board.
• Attracting talents by proactively approaching candidates
• Accompanying candidates through the entire application process, from initial contact to contract conclusion
• Advising managers on all recruiting issues
• Coordinating with HR partners and recruiters within the company
• Ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience
• Leading employment branding initiatives
• Designing, planning, and executing selection processes
• Determining HR and recruiting KPI’s

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent OR College/High School Diploma/GED with HR Certification(s) and completed successfully
• At least 2 years of professional HR experience, including both specialist and generalist responsibilities
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
